ENTRY INFORMATION
FEES: $11 per student/per event
(Updated for 23-24)
Late Fee: +$5.00 per student/per event
Late entries will need to be scheduled by you within the time slots reserved for your school. Once the contest deadline has passed, judges and schedules will be finalized.

CRITIQUE SHEETS
- FORMS 6 – 7 – 8 are prepared via the “ONLINE ENTRY“ procedure and will be printed by the executive secretary.
- Confirm that all movements/selections are listed in the current PML.
- For multi-movement selections or selections taken from musical collections, please list the movement(s) or title of the selected piece on the entry form. Double check the classification for the movement(s) or selection in the PML. UIL Prescribed Music (uiltexas.org)
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Bring a copy of your FORM 1 the day of contest – List the “eligible” students in alphabetical order. This form must be in the hands of the CONTEST CHAIRMAN prior to your students’ performance.
- ENCLOSE ONE COPY of your invoice (Form 1A) with your check printed from Texas Music Forms
- REQUEST your check when you finish your entries and MAIL ONE CHECK for FEES prior to the contest.
SPECIAL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE ENTRY DEADLINE; FRIDAY TIMES WILL BE RESERVED FIRST FOR STUDENTS WITH SCHOOL CONFLICTS ON SATURDAY. PLEASE INCLUDE THAT INFORMATION WITH YOUR REQUEST.
PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY FEES
